ÉXITO DE ASISTENCIA EN EL PRIMER ACTO PSOE CÓMPETA ELECCIONES 2011

Gracias a todos y todas los que ayer confiaron y asistieron al primer acto que se celebró en el Hotel Balcón de Cómpeta. Agradecer al Hotel toda la disponibilidad que ha desplegado para que este acto se haya convertido en un éxito de asistencia.
El proceso de cambio ya está en marcha en Cómpeta , se pudo comprobar ayer la ilusión que la multitud de vecinos y vecinas del municipio han puesto en nosotros.
La elaboración del programa electoral socialista irá en la dirección que los competeños nos han marcado.Un programa innovador , real y hecho a medida para las necesidades que tiene Cómpeta.
Estos próximos 4 años no van a ser igual que estos últimos de cierre de puertas y desplantes a los vecinos y vecinas.
Somos más y desde ayer más ilusionados al comprobar la realidad y en la buena dirección y velocidad de crucero con las que nos encaminanos al cambio político de Cómpeta a partir del día 22 de mayo.
Muchas gracias a todas las agrupaciónes socialista de la provincia y especialmente de la Axarquía , al Presidente de la Diputación Salvador Pendón , a nuestro Secretario de Organización Paco Conejo etc...
Somos un equipo fuerte , cohesionado y preparado para ofrecer a Cómpeta una política de cercanía , de trabajo , de hacer frente al desempleo con una bolsa de trabajo DIGNA. No queremos más políticos que apartan , queremos unir de nuevo a un pueblo que ha vivido durante 4 años en el anonimato y en el silencio interesado.
Vecinos y vecinas de Cómpeta , el cambio está aquí, no dejemos marchar el tren del futuro.

Estimados blogueros. Os recordamos que mañana a las 18.30 horas en el Hotel Balcón de Cómpeta , se celebrará el acto de presentación de la lista/candidatura del PSOE de Cómpeta.
Os animamos a asistir y a conocer al nuevo equipo que apuesta por el cambio político del Ayuntamiento de Cómpeta
Nos acompañarán , el Presidente de Diputación , Salvador Pendón , Secretario de Organización PSOE Málaga , Paco Conejo y la intervención de nuestro Secretario General y Candidato a la alcaldía de Cómpeta, Raúl Martín López

COMPROMISO CON AMIVEL EN VÉLEZ MÁLAGA

El pasado 11 de marzo visité AMIVEL, conjuntamente con los candidat@s socialistas de todos los municipios de la Axarquía.
Es la Asociación de Minusválidados de Vélez Málaga.
Allí pude comprobar el trabajo que realizan allí y conocer sus instalaciones.
Las prisas del día día, no te hacen darte cuenta en muchas ocasiones de las dificultades y trampas que existen en nuestros municipios. Tengo presente y así será, que un municipio debe ser habitable para todos , aunque los pueblos del interior sean más problemáticos para eliminar algunas de las barreras arquitéctónicas, debe existir una disposición a solucionarlas en todas las obras nuevas y adecuar las antiguas.
Lo que más me imprsionó, fue la cantidad de jóvenes que allí trabajan , la unión y compañerismo que existe entre ellos ,la palabra tabú de minusválido no aparece en ninguna conversación , existe la palabra de apoyo ,integración e igualdad.
Me entristece pensar que todo este trabajo y esfuerzo se vea empañado , cuando una señora que desarrolla su trabajo en el Congreso de los Diputados del PP , llame “tontitos” a este colectivo… no puedo entender que con toda la trayectoria democrática de nuestro país , aún existan individuos que no se paran a pensar en dar soluciones a las demandas de este colectivo y si pierdan su tiempo en descalificaciones. Será algo afín al PP , ya que en Cómpeta en una obra nacida del Plan E y dedicada en un principio a Asuntos Sociales y a Cáritas . El acceso a estas últimas instalaciones solamente es por escaleras y los ¿minúsválidos en sillas de ruedas cómo acceden a estos servicios? Siempre se debe anteponer el derecho de este colectivo al igual que en los centros públicos debe existir un sistema para ayudar a los disminuidos visuales y disminuidos auditivos. Debemos entre todos ofrecer soluciones a una realidad de nuestro tiempo, que siempre ha existido , pero hoy afortunadamente se disponen de medios más eficaces e innovadores que harían de la vida cotidiana de este colectivo más fácil.
Al alcalde de Cómpeta ya le dijimos que en la obra que hemos mencionado antes y está reflejada en la foto , debería haber un sistema de acceso , pero se ha quedado sólo en palabras a no ser... que ya disponga de otro sistema que desconocemos.A la vista desde luego no está.
Es importante implicarnos todos, es responsabilidad también del ciudadano de denunciar todo aquellos accesos que impidan que los disminuidos o minusválidos realicen una vida normal , al igual que nosotros hacemos.
Bravo por Amivel y por todas aquellas asociaciones que realizan este trabajo de igualdad de derechos y oportunidades.
Por nuestra parte vamos a apostar por la integración en Cómpeta de este colectivo ,promoviendo obras de eliminación de barreras arquitectónica. Es mi compromiso que adquirí allí con AMIVEL el pasado 11 de marzo. No les puedo fallar.

On 11 March I visited AMIVEL, together with the Socialist candidates of all municipalities of the Axarquía.
It is the Association of Minusválidados of Vélez Málaga.
There I could see the work carried out there and know its facilities.
The rush of the day, don't you realize you on many occasions of the obstacles and pitfalls that exist in our municipalities. What more I imprsionó, was the number of young people who work there, the Union and camaraderie that exists between them, the taboo word of disabled person does not appear in any conversation, there is the word of support, integration and equality.
It saddens me to think that all this work and effort see clouded, when a lady who develops his work in the Congress of deputies of the PP, call "tontitos" to this colectivo… I can not understand that with all the democratic history of our country Yet there are individuals that do not stop to think about solutions to the demands of this group and if losing their time on disqualifications. It will be something akin to the PP, as in Cómpeta in a work born the e Plan and dedicated initially to Social Affairs and Caritas. Access to these latest facilities is only by stairs and the disabled in wheelchairs how to access these services? The right of this group has always should put the public centres there must be a system to help the disabled Visual and diminished hearing. We must together provide solutions to a reality of our time, that has always existed, but they have fortunately today more effective and innovative means that would make the daily life of this group easier.
The Mayor of Cómpeta we said that in the work that we have mentioned before and is reflected in the photo, there should be a system of access, but it has been only in words not to be... that you already have another system that we do not know.View course it isn't.
It is important to involve us all, it is also the responsibility citizens denounce all those accesses to prevent the disabled or handicapped persons to conduct a normal life, just as we do.
Bravo by Amivel and all those associations who do this work for equal rights and opportunities.
For our part we are going to bet on the integration in Cómpeta of this group, promoting works of removing architectural barriers. It is my commitment that I bought there with AMIVEL on 11 March. I can not fail.

DECRETO DE URBANISMO.

El día 9 de marzo PSOE de Cómpeta y los compañeros alcaldes y candidatos , tuvimos una reunión con el Delegado de Obra Públicas de la Junta de Andalucía , para tratar el tema de las vivienda irregulares y el nuevo decreto que entrará en vigor aproximadamente en unos meses.
Se está trabajando por parte de la Conserjería de Obras Públicas de la Junta en un Decreto para regularizar y legalizar las viviendas que se encuentran en un estado de cierta dificultad legal.
Este Decreto lo que busca es la de tranquilizar a las familias que tengan viviendas en estado de irregularidad urbanística y proponer planes de inspección para que no se produzca una construcción desordenada.
Se fijará una construcción armónica , ordenada y real a las demandas de los municipios.
La Junta de Andalucía ha inventariado en la Axarquía más de 13.000 viviendas con el apoyo de los ayuntamientos.
El Ayuntamiento de Cómpeta y la Junta deberán ver ahora una a una de las viviendas el futuro de éstas.
Una vez aprobado el PGOU , que Cómpeta todavía no lo ha aprobado y desconocemos las razones, se volverá a construir de una forma más ordenada.
Tranquilizar a todas la familias que se encuentren con una problemática con su vivienda.
Una vez más el trabajo de la Consejería por lograr una solución positiva , se ha puesto encima de la mesa.
El Partido Popular deberá ahora cambiar su discurso , ha quedado descolocado y sin ofrecer a la vista , propuestas reales para dar soluciones a todos los ciudadanos afectado.

El acto estará presidido por:

Miguel Ángel Heredia. Sº General PSOE de Málaga
Entre otras autoridades de la comarca y provincia.
Es el momento de encontrarnos y explicar nuestro proyecto que queremos para Cómpeta.

CAMPAÑA "YO QUIERO" & ENTREVISTA EN PUNTO RADIO.

En Vélez Málaga , Cómpeta , Algarrobo , Benamocarra y Almáchar hemos presentado campaña " Yo quiero".
Es una campaña donde queremos que los ciudadanos se impliquen también en la elaboración del programa electoral.
Una campaña en positivo en el que cada insulto del PP sea respondida con una propuesta. Estamos convencidos que el PSOE va a conseguir un buen resultado en la Comarca de la Axarquía , ya que los ciudadanos conocen muy bien a la derecha que sólo busca un sillón en Diputación olvidándose después de la comarca.
Cuatro pueblos , cuatro futuros alcaldes en sus respectivos municipios harán llegar aire fresco y renovado. Es tiempo de cambio y hay que explicar muy bien nuestras ideas que son las ideas del pueblo.
Posteriormente el candidato a la alcaldía de Cómpeta , Raúl Martín ofreció una entrevista en la emisora de Punto Radio de Vélez Málaga. Allí expuso el proyecto para Cómpeta que llegará a partir del 22 de mayo si así lo deciden los competeños y competeñas. Un proyecto elaborado para Cómpeta y para los competeños. Un proyecto innovador que confiamos que guste a tod@s los ciudadan@s.
